This will cause capacitors’ damage and the power factor lower. Therefore, we should equip the serial reactor in front end of capacitors which could control and assimilate harmonics, protect capacitors, avoid the influence of the harmonic voltage and current or surge voltage and current, improve energy quality, enhance power factor, prolong capacitors’ service life, ensure power grid running safely.

Structural Features

  1. The product with dry-type iron core is divided into two types of three-phase and single-phase.
  2. Iron core adopts high-quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet so that the reactor could be operated in low temperature rise and low noise.
  3. Reactor’s coil adopts high-quality insulated wires.
  4. All clamping elements were passed the anti-corrosive treatment, and main clamping elements adopted non-magnetic material. Coils and iron cores were made into a whole by the advance technical process. These measures could reduce the operating temperature and noise observably, improve reactor quality factors and weaken the influence of harmonics.
  5. Reactor boundary dimensions were designed by normal cabinet dimensions, so its volume could be smaller and wiring was more convenient. Therefore, users’ cost of the cabinets would be reduced.

*No harmful gas, inflammables and explosives in surround.

*Well-ventilation. Ventilation should be added if reactors need to be equipped in the cabinet.

  3. Withstand voltage: 5kV/min
  4. Insulation grade: B, F, H
  5. Noise: ≤30dB
  6. Overload capacity: ≤1.35 times keep working
